Outcome

Pinch on a mobile HTML artifact now zooms inside its frame; console page stays 1× (operator-chosen). PR #7455 merged (8c89690f5), develop deploy green. Quick gate + 175 API tests pass; 390px live visual check OK. No file footprint (tool absent).
