Documentation consolidation and cleanup initiative
Use context architecture skill to scrub all old documentation, including instructions, specs, trackers, ADRs - delete everything superseeded and stale, remove references to historical decisions, delete duplicates, single home everything and make sure all documentation is accessible from CLAUDE.md router in a few steps
Outcome
Docs scrub: tree already near-clean (checker green, no stale ADRs/specs). Trimmed ADR-0159/0168/0170 and one jaahd README history note. Quick gate green; PR #7438 queued to merge lane. Memory: none applied.
