Refactor Q&A log into a nicely looking Q&A: Jaah: question John Smith: answer Everything else is on hover. Revise - a pencil next to answer Suggest several visual options ![image.png](attachment:img-PY1bUuDbJy.png)

Outcome

Q&A log is now a two-line conversation card (Jaah: question / answerer: answer + ✎ pencil) with details in a hover/tap popover and icon-only non-answers; one shared component. Visual check done at 1280 and 448. Quick gate green; PR #7434 queued in the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
