Fix red develop 098aaa44967a

The merge lane found `develop` red at `098aaa44967afe3d884e636ca67608e8d8bad6e1` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 2 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `12590` on lane task 11530. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: access e2e seeds now use OAuth accounts (the API-key probe rejected the fake key), and removed a task id from a CE migration docstring (mirror suites). #7417 merged (dcfbfce4); the Jaah Deploy succeeded. Memory: none applied.
