Add input placeholders to task templates

1. Some of the task templates require human input without which they are useless. Add a capability to add placeholders to the template, that are automatically requesting human input on Start 2. Revise all templates that were auto-generated (no human) and add more specific focused copy to them, 3x

Outcome

Templates support {{input: Label}} placeholders: Start asks for each one, and automations store values that fill each run. All 21 starter briefs are ~3x richer, updated by a migration that skips edited rows. Quick gate green; PR #7416 merged (c18bd326); Jaah Deploy succeeded; visual check done. Memory: used mem-31005; proposed 1 recipe.
