Fix red develop 8c0fd3172f31

The merge lane found `develop` red at `8c0fd3172f319a7c1e446e4400fd1a7802f883cd` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `tests/test_console_places.py::test_directory_and_automation_places_twin_their_tab_tables` - `api-unit-dc-test` The whole gate log: artifact `12545` on lane task 11502. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed the red develop console-places twin test. Its TS parsers now read TabGate's `feature` and `planSurface` keys from Task 11494. 131 tests pass, quick gate is green, and PR #7410 is queued in the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
