Review Security Hub findings (jaah security account), especially from the standards and fix top 5 that would close the gap the most

Reviewed Security Hub (security acct): 10 unresolved of 6,691 findings. PR #7408 merged + dev deploy green: 7 ALB listeners → TLS13-1-2-Res-PQ-2025-09 (ELB.17), status page → TLSv1.2_2025 (CloudFront.15). Deferred: jaah.ai CloudFront (jaah-ai/sales). Filed draft 11495 (pool-c-host SSM agent, SSM.3). No UI surface affected. Memory: used mem-31005; proposed 1 recipe.
