Documentation cleanup and centralization through router
Use context architecture skill to scrub all old documentation, including instructions, specs, trackers, ADRs - delete everything superseeded and stale, remove references to historical decisions, delete duplicates, single home everything and make sure all documentation is accessible from CLAUDE.md router in a few steps
Outcome
Scrubbed history narration and wrong paths from ADR register and living docs; audit found no stale trackers/specs or unreachable docs. Quick gate green, PR #7394 queued. Deferred: ADR kernel+pointer trims, 2 lesson graduations. Memory: none applied.
