Fix red develop 71b4f4bf9126

The merge lane found `develop` red at `71b4f4bf9126bc2ebaeb5bd9d43b16b97be91be4` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `mirror-trees-strict` - `community-edition-tooling-suite` The whole gate log: artifact `12428` on lane task 11435. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Named apps/api/app/nodelink.py in the nodelink edition row (orphaned in the CE tree since Task 11433); mirror-trees-strict + CE tooling suite green locally, quick gate pass. PR #7392 queued to the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
