Write docs for console feature and Jaah API

Docs-writer run. Follow apps/docs/WRITER.md on develop. Do each item that is due, all in ONE PR: 1. Screens: one console feature's reference page. 2. Guides: one Get started, Using Jaah or FAQ item. 3. Changelog: the next batch of prod promotions 4. Reference: the Jaah API and Real-time reference against the code. Sign in only through the capture helper. Nothing due: end with no PR.

Outcome

Docs-writer run merged in PR #7361 (95abadd); develop CI and deploy are green. Compliance page refreshed on prod with 3 new captures. Added a Start a task from a template how-to. Changelog: 12 PRs, none qualified, so the 10-29 heading now reads v1.3.183. Fixed one Rate limits claim. Visual check done: all captures are legible. Memory: none applied.
