Fix red develop 382abc20ed32

The merge lane found `develop` red at `382abc20ed32143df8bf9157849c9451ee2eeb97` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `posix-only-calls-suite` The whole gate log: artifact `12197` on lane task 11294. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop (posix-only-calls-suite): allowlisted Task 11287's POSIX-only _force_remove_leaf dir_fd= calls with proof; suite 5/5, quick gate green; PR #7356 queued to the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
