Replace templates with setup diagram showing most

Replace the tamplates with a diagram of the initial setup with minimal verbal explanations. Once the project is set up. Then show these templates but only Most popular. Do not show them if there are more than 10 tasks created ![image.png](attachment:img-jq9105RYD3.png)

Outcome

Tasks board: live setup diagram until steps before First task are done, then Most popular templates only; hidden past 10 tasks. #7350 merged, deploy green; muted-text test fix queued in #7355. Visual check done (desktop + phone). Memory: none applied.
