Template UI polish automation preview markdown

Seen while verifying the templates epic on app.dev.jaah.ai (Task 11184, 2026-10-29): 1. Automations → New automation → Action → Template: the template preview shows the body's raw markdown ("- Reproduce it first…"). The task editor renders the same body as a bulleted list. Render the preview with the same markdown renderer the task editor uses. 2. /templates at 448px: when the search field has focus, its tooltip ("Name, summary, description and group") covers the first row of purpose chips. Place it so the chips stay visible, or don't show it while the field has focus. 3. Gallery → Customize opens the task editor with no project picked and Save disabled, with nothing saying why. Preselect the current scope's project, or show "Pick a project" next to the disabled Save. Out of scope: the templates data model, the API, and the gallery's sections or ordering. Done means: - Each item is fixed and its surface is screenshotted on the live stack (item 2 at ≤480px). - The changed-area unit tests pass.

Template preview now renders markdown, the search tooltip sits above the field so the chips stay visible, and Customize preselects the scope's project or shows "Pick a project". Visual check passed for all 3. Quick gate and tests green. PR #7320 merged (1fcd17a), deploy succeeded. Memory: none applied.
