Add licensing, remove private status, reduce
Fix this
1. agent-connectors needs a licence. Apache-2.0 would match the SDK. CONTRIBUTING.md also needs a sign-off (DCO) or CLA rule. Its GOVERNANCE.md sets up paid bounties for outside contributors, and without these the rights to anything they submit are unclear.
2. Remove the "private" wording and guards. The connectors README says "Private for now" and the SDK README says "Status: private". The SDK also blocks publishing on purpose: "private": true in typescript/package.json, and the Private :: Do Not Upload tag on its Python packages. Remove those when you actually want it on npm and PyPI.
3. Shrink the connectors, sdk and CE repo. The same Python dependencies, including about 4.8 MB compiled files, are copied into four folders, which makes the repo about 120 MB. Their licence files are included, so it's fine legally, but a clone is heavy.
Outcome
Agent-connectors is Apache-2.0 with a DCO rule in both repos, and the SDK's private guards are gone. Agent folders ship no third-party files; the node installs their dependencies. Connectors tree 118 MB → 524 KB. Quick gate green; PR #7263 queued in the merge lane. jaahd vendor removal is draft #11083. Memory: none applied.
