Fix red develop d82a8bfac7ad

The merge lane found `develop` red at `d82a8bfac7ad1df576d42cf92ff66c538dd0a5d2` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 2 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `11783` on lane task 11058. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: hosts-billing e2e drove the now operator-only Hosts as a tenant; the two Hosts tests now sign in as the operator (origin reads "Jaah hosted"). Spec 3/3 pass, quick gate green. PR #7259 queued in lane. Memory: none applied.
