Fix red develop 9ef2be6b483c

The merge lane found `develop` red at `9ef2be6b483ce33c49eceb0ea3db85c40acd0c88` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `mirror-trees-strict` - `community-edition-tooling-suite` - `mirror-sensitive-content-suite` The whole gate log: artifact `11766` on lane task 11048. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: the three failing mirror stages all tripped on an internal 'Task 6033' reference in hostVerbs.tsx:230. I removed it, and the mirror sensitive + CE tooling suites passed (91). PR #7254 is queued in the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
