Improve secret naming UI clarity with extracted

The naming UI for secrets is extremely unintuitive. Extract the organization and the username outside the text field so that the user sees where exactly they have to type in the name: ![Screenshot 2026-10-28 at 16.27.37.png](attachment:img-PLJ70QIwvC.png)

Outcome

The secret's home path (org › owner) now sits on its own line above the Name box, without a label, ellipsised with the full path on hover. The box holds only the name. Quick gate and credential tests green. Visual check done at desktop and phone widths. PR #7233 queued in the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
