Fix red develop 1c4ac7e29422

The merge lane found `develop` red at `1c4ac7e29422fb898a942338bdb6a9ecd0b87590` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `mirror-trees-strict` - `community-edition-tooling-suite` - `mirror-sensitive-content-suite` The whole gate log: artifact `11589` on lane task 10952. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Red develop caused by internal 'Task NNNN' refs in a session_summary.py comment (flagged by mirror sensitive check). Reworded; mirror trees + both suites + quick gate green locally. PR #7221 queued in merge lane. Memory: none applied.
