Consolidate and clean outdated documentation
Use context architecture skill to scrub all old documentation, including instructions, specs, trackers, ADRs - delete everything superseeded and stale, remove references to historical decisions, delete duplicates, single home everything and make sure all documentation is accessible from CLAUDE.md router in a few steps
Outcome
Docs scrub: deleted ADR-0121/0141/0149/0160/0162, rewrote ADR-0159/0166, removed history narration in 4 files. Docs were already mostly clean; router reachability green. Quick gate green. PR #7210 queued to merge lane. Memory: none applied.
