Review Security Hub findings (jaah security account), especially from the standards and fix top 5 that would close the gap the most

Outcome

Security Hub review: all 20 open failed findings (MEDIUM/LOW, prod+dev) are the new jaah-ai/sales website stack. Disposed 6 by design here (CloudFront.17/.4 rules, S3.9 on -logs buckets; R-SOC-56/57), applied live, findings SUPPRESSED. The 14 real fixes (S3.5, S3.9, CloudFront.6, KMS.2, S3.13) belong in jaah-ai/sales: R-SOC-58 + draft task 10921. PR #7209 queued; quick gate green; no UI surface. Memory: used mem-21613, mem-18338, mem-24381; proposed 1 qa.
