Fix red develop 6ab085cf462e

The merge lane found `develop` red at `6ab085cf462e15842767b8d1044a02565c805d36` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `mirror-trees-strict` - `community-edition-tooling-suite` - `mirror-sensitive-content-suite` The whole gate log: artifact `11322` on lane task 10799. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

No PR needed: PR #7188 (Task 10798) already fixed all three red stages on develop. On da6f122ba the mirror trees check finds nothing and the CE and sensitive-content suites pass (88 tests). Memory: none applied.
