Make the jaah-ce tree check green again

Found by the finish phase of epic 10745 (Close gaps in Jaah CE). (a) Reproduction (origin/develop a23e861a8, 2026-10-27): `python3 tools/mirror/check_trees.py` (the full gate's "Mirror trees (strict)" stage; same result from `tools/community_edition/build_tree.py $T && tools/community_edition/check_tree.py $T`) prints: ✗ [tracking] Dockerfile.node:46: a path the tree lacks: packaging/postinst ✗ [tracking] apps/api/migrations/versions/202610280100_memory_events_kind_recurred.py:3: an internal reference 'Task 10785' ✗ [tracking] apps/web/src/components/addNode/orderEta.ts:10: an internal reference 'Task 10793' ✗ jaah-ce tree: 3 finding(s), 2086 files agent-connectors and agent-sdk trees are 0 findings. So the CE publish and the mirrors.yml `ce-tree` job fail today, even though epic 10745 left the tree at 0 findings. (b) Causes: - infra/community-edition/Dockerfile.node:46 — a comment added by #7185 (Task 10767) names `packaging/postinst`, which the CE tree does not ship. - apps/api/migrations/versions/202610280100_memory_events_kind_recurred.py:3 — docstring carries "Task 10785" (#7187). - apps/web/src/components/addNode/orderEta.ts:10 — comment carries "Task 10793" (#7186). (c) Fix: reword the three comments only. Dockerfile.node: say "the fleet package's post-install script sets the same" with no path. Drop the task numbers from the other two and keep the explanation. Make no code or behaviour change, and do not add allowlist entries to the checker. (d) Acceptance: - AC1: `python3 tools/mirror/check_trees.py` reports `jaah-ce tree … 0 finding(s)`. Oracle: paste the output in the PR body. - AC2: `./dc check quick` is green. - AC3: find out in one line why the merge lane's full gate let #7185/#7186/#7187 merge with this stage red (for example, gitleaks missing on the lane host so the stage SKIPs, or the stage not run per PR). Name the cause in the PR body. If the fix is a one-line wiring change, make it. Otherwise name it as a deferred follow-up. Out of scope: no changes to the checker's rules, the manifest or the edition map. No mirror publish and no repo visibility change. Do not touch the content of the three changes beyond their comments. Done means: - `python3 tools/mirror/check_trees.py` shows 0 findings for jaah-ce, agent-connectors and agent-sdk. - The PR is merged via the merge lane, and its Jaah Deploy has succeeded (or was superseded). Required checks: Mirror trees (strict)

Reworded 3 comments; check_trees.py shows 0 findings on jaah-ce, agent-connectors and agent-sdk. #7188 merged via the lane (da6f122). Its Jaah Deploy failed on a transient Go proxy error; later deploys d27410332 and e39136984 succeeded. Deferred: lane fast batches skip the full-only Mirror trees stage. Memory: none applied.
