Make guided setup titles clickable to begin

Where did the guided setup go?  - Set up your company: - Make the titles clickable, e.g. Add Node is a link, no Nodes-> - Each link leads to a screen where it actually begins the adding process. e.g. Connect Git goes here  - Add node goes here  - The other links are the same Show me screenshots before building.

Setup guide: titles are the links, each landing where adding begins (Add node dialog, Git form open via new ?add=1, New account/project/task); Add node → "Add compute"; node-waiting rows show no prose; done rows unlinked. PR #7178 merged (6d13feaa); its deploy was superseded by a newer one. Visual check done (desktop). Memory: none applied.
