Fix red develop ffb78d4219d1

The merge lane found `develop` red at `ffb78d4219d1e8ab8d426dbf0c31eead2cf60fa1` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `mirror-trees-strict` - `community-edition-tooling-suite` - `mirror-sensitive-content-suite` The whole gate log: artifact `11213` on lane task 10751. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: reworded two comments that named paths the public mirror trees lack (task_wire.py, fake_node.py). Mirror trees 0 findings, the CE and sensitive suites 80 passed, quick gate green. PR #7162 queued in the lane. Memory: none applied.
