Fix flaky test gate

Flake was the Markdown-links stage: i18next.com returned Status 0 (no response) twice. A file whose only failures are Status 0 now prints ⚠ unreachable and passes; HTTP/local failures still fail. Quick gate green; PR #7097 queued to the lane. Memory: none applied.
