Outcome

Removed the console's Chat | Terminal switch: chat-capable sessions open in Chat, all others in the terminal (operator decision). Quick gate and 347 tests green; visual check clean at 1440 and 390 px. #7063 merged as d2a09a1, Jaah Deploy succeeded. Memory: none applied.
