Fix red develop 000bf39687fb

The merge lane found `develop` red at `000bf39687fbd7626be8856b0d72f8f3f006beb7` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-unit-vitest` - … and 2 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `10667` on lane task 10403. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: two Nodes.test.tsx add-node tests crashed because their /api/orgs mock answered the new target-org plan read with a list shape; mocks now serve a plan. 78/78 vitest, quick gate green; PR #7060 queued. Memory: none applied.
