Remove cloud references from local edition
Goal: on a local install, no copy, job, log or API answer assumes organizations, plans, cloud services or a support agent. Cloud console unchanged.
- Wait reasons and caps talk about this machine: runner limit, memory fit (point to Settings > Runners > Runner memory), the 3-account cap shown before the form is filled.
- Automations: cron timezone defaults to the host's; no cloud system jobs or event triggers that cannot run locally.
- A fresh project's first-clone wait is named as such; never suggest Reset on the only node.
- No plan or support-agent copy (NodeVault, Titles model provider); hidden credential types and workflows are refused by the API too.
- An idle node logs no recurring WARNING (tmux sensor, node-logs, node.env mode).
- The public tree ships no cloud prose (jaahd READMEs) and no `@stripe/*` dependency; its README states the memory floor.
Out of scope: the cloud console; the caps themselves.
Done means:
- Each goal holds on a fresh local install (screenshots at desktop and 390 px for UI items).
- `./dc check quick` and `local-edition-check.yml` green.
Outcome
Community edition stops assuming orgs, plans, cloud jobs or a support agent: waits name this machine, the account cap shows before the form, cron zone follows the host, the API refuses cloud items, the idle node warns nothing, no @stripe in the public tree. Quick gate green; PR #7042 queued. Visual check done (desktop and 390 px). Draft #10347 filed. Memory: none applied.
