Create a Halloween Jaah logo and approve with me, then replace it. Keep the old one in codebase since we will return to it in a week

Outcome

Halloween jack-o'-lantern logo (concept B) is live on the console and docs, behind a generic LOGO_THEME switch. The standard logo is kept, and you return to it by setting 'standard' in logoTheme.ts and docusaurus.config.ts. PR #7030 merged; Jaah Deploy succeeded; quick gate and tests green; visual check good. Memory: none applied.
