Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

Built the five best-evidenced reductions (67 files, +602/−1191): AWS creds object, dead web loaders → useApiRead, usePolicyQuery/BusyButton, get_or_404 at 16 sites, jaahd/API small folds. No massive win exists: scans found 0 clones. Quick gate + review lanes green; PR #7031 queued. Visual check done, sections render. Deferred: NodeLink v1 wire, pagination, SSO panels. Telemetry publish unreachable. Memory: used mem-25288, mem-25697; proposed 1 gotcha.
