Fix red develop 08ff5df53d8b

The merge lane found `develop` red at `08ff5df53d8be129ddf8610dc10f1b35d0eb90db` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `name-residue-partition-suite` The whole gate log: artifact `10492` on lane task 10313. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Develop already green for name-residue-partition-suite via 5182cf6cc (Task 10295); reproduced red at 08ff5df53, 6/6 pass at 3ccbca6c3. Closed conflicting duplicate PR #7026. Memory: none applied.
