Fix missing creator name on Jaah-generated tasks

Jaah has a new feature where it itself creates task based on other tasks. There's a bug there where the author's name is missing on the Activity tab, and the user therefore can't tell who created the task. Outcome

Jaah-filed tasks' Created row now reads "<human> via Jaah · from #N" ("Jaah" when no human is in the chain); fixes existing rows too. Quick gate + activity tests green, visual check done. PR #7022 merged (3ccbca6c3); deploy superseded by #7023. Memory: none applied.
