Document API keys section with endpoints and authorization

Jaah has recently added API keys for integrations with external systems. The problem is that there's very little information on how to use it. Write documentation or just add information blocks to the API keys section ([https://app.jaah.ai/settings?area=api-keys)](https://app.jaah.ai/settings?area=api-keys), explaining the following: 1. API base URL 2. Which authorization is used (Bearer / x-api-key / etc) 3. List of endponts Better yet, add a Swagger page where users can type in a generated key and then instantly be able to test all endpoints via Swagger UI.
