Fix red develop bd4848d1a3eb

The merge lane found `develop` red at `bd4848d1a3eb029223b9510626932967f9a1034f` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `jaahd-bundle-build-selftest` - `platform-bundle-build-selftest` The whole gate log: artifact `10356` on lane task 10249. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Re-vendored websockets 17.3 (Dependabot bumped the pin without re-vendoring) so both bundle selftests pass again. Bundle and trim tests: 208 passed; quick gate green. PR #6993 is queued in the merge lane. Deferred: a Dependabot ignore rule or re-vendor step for /infra/jaah. Memory: none applied.
