Fix red develop 187c9ee418ea

The merge lane found `develop` red at `187c9ee418eaa379bbdd659bd86bff2f67435f6f` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `tests/test_jaah_extension_spec.py::test_the_file_is_the_table_projection` - `tests/test_jira_routes.py::test_a_dangling_credential_id_is_409_not_a_500` - `jaahd-unit-pytest` - `api-unit-dc-test` The whole gate log: artifact `10340` on lane task 10237. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Regenerated jaah-extension.json (drift from Task 10231's depends_on) and fixed the jira dangling-credential stub for get_or_404's select (Task 10215). Both tests pass, quick gate green; PR #6988 queued in merge lane. Memory: none applied.
