Fix red develop 1c3320eb14d4

The merge lane found `develop` red at `1c3320eb14d4b8d1d5b8b3ba58f5a811eecaadd1` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `tests/test_fleet_launch.py::test_build_launch_sh_puts_a_local_nodes_bin_on_its_path` - `tests/test_main.py::test_a_local_edition_node_polls_no_cloud_surface` - `jaahd-unit-pytest` The whole gate log: artifact `10292` on lane task 10212. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Develop already green: PR #6969 (Task 10211) fixed both failing jaahd tests right after 1c3320eb. Reproduced the failure at the red sha; at develop 01beb94ea both tests pass and the whole jaahd container suite exits 0. No PR needed.
