Fix red develop d7efa26ef68e

The merge lane found `develop` red at `d7efa26ef68eba55d8f2f2ea3128be774eedf375` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `tests/test_fleet_launch.py::test_build_launch_sh_puts_a_local_nodes_bin_on_its_path` - `tests/test_main.py::test_a_local_edition_node_polls_no_cloud_surface` - `jaahd-unit-pytest` The whole gate log: artifact `10280` on lane task 10209. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Develop already green: #6969 (Task 10211) fixed both jaahd tests. jaahd suite on 01beb94ea is 10214 passed, 0 failed. Closed my conflicting PR #6968. Memory: none applied.
