Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Five code reductions, net −8,683 lines: migration chain collapsed into the 202610251700 baseline (schema-identical, both CPs stamped past it), jaahd best-effort wrappers folded, 15 selftest wrappers retired, 4 api/jaahd twins single-homed, web OrgSelect/billing-read/formatter folds (line-neutral). Quick gate green; review lane pass ×3; PR 6970 queued in the merge lane.
