Re-run the blocked local-edition release oracles on staging

Run only after the follow-ups with dedup keys 10134-api-public-build, 10134-node-bundle, 10134-session-store, 10134-credential-wrapping, 10134-node-token-isolation, 10134-ui-cloud-leftovers and 10134-jaahd-decouple have merged (check with task_search; if any is not done, wait is not allowed — settle failing with which one is missing). Reproduction: Task 10133's Linux release run (report on that task) left these oracles failed, blocked or partial, and ran AC-8+ on monorepo-built images because the staging build failed: AC-1 (image build), AC-4, AC-5, AC-6 fail; AC-9, AC-16, AC-18, AC-19, AC-20 blocked; AC-10, AC-17 (patch-one-layer rebuild), AC-21 (UI), AC-23 (console cap surface) partial. The epic's ask — one-line install / compose / build from repo, limited accounts — is not proven end to end. Fix: publish to `jaah-ai/jaah-local-staging` via `.github/workflows/local-edition-mirror.yml`, then on a fresh EC2 Ubuntu 24.04 VM (Docker + git only, `org/aws`) run every oracle above verbatim from Task 10133's body against images built from the staging tree (no monorepo substitution). Fix small defects in place; file anything large. Terminate every EC2 instance and delete security group sg-05b1d8927f6eefa09 left by 10133 if the credential allows. Out of scope: public `jaah-ai/jaah-local` (D24 licence gate); macOS/Windows/codex/antigravity/pi (D26/D27, `infra/local-edition/RELEASE-CHECKLIST.md`); redesign of C1–C7. Done means: - Staging `Release images` run green with a GitHub Release (cite URL). - AC-4, AC-5, AC-6 pass on the fresh VM from the staging tree (cite commands + output). - AC-9, AC-10 (claude, deepseek completed sessions), AC-16 (≤10 running, rest queued, none failed), AC-17 (each layer alone still refuses), AC-18, AC-19, AC-20, AC-21 (screenshots desktop + 390 px), AC-23 pass, each cited. - All EC2 instances terminated.

Staging v1.2.4537 released green; on a fresh VM AC-6/9/10/16–21/23 pass from the staging tree. Fixed 5 defects (#6981, #6992 merged; #7015 queued). AC-4/5 deferred (no package-read token). EC2 terminated; SG delete needs operator. Draft 10297. Memory: none applied.
