Fix red develop b0057844a724

The merge lane found `develop` red at `b0057844a724d93af78dcf62ac32a9b261542505` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `jaahd-bundle-build-selftest` The whole gate log: artifact `10028` on lane task 10086. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed jaahd-bundle-build-selftest: the tools-import guard now skips unshipped daemon tests (test_pi_adapter.py false positive). Selftest 84 passed, quick gate green; PR #6930 queued to merge lane. Memory: none applied.
