Fix red develop 41ae3f9ef96a

The merge lane found `develop` red at `41ae3f9ef96a506d860dcdb509dccc43a335b7c2` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 3 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `9933` on lane task 10017. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: e2e specs drop the stale Restore clicks, and on Settings the setup dock starts as the rail (it was covering the API keys row ⋯). The 3 failing e2e pass, vitest and quick gate green, visual check done. PR #6903 queued. Follow-up draft 10038 (FeedList container gates). Memory: none applied.
