Web console terminal resize and account hints
Found while driving an Antigravity terminal session through the web console on dev (Task 9942).
Suggestions:
1. Resizing the web console panel (or the browser window) while an agy session is open leaves the terminal full of stale rows (dozens of repeated `>` prompt lines, duplicated tmux status bars) until the CLI happens to redraw. A resize should end in one clean repaint of the pane.
2. Scrolling up in a long agy pane in the panel shows garbled, half-redrawn rows; earlier output cannot be read back. Make scrollback readable, or offer a "copy pane text" action.
3. Accounts page: an account signed in on two of its three nodes shows "Needs attention: Login" with no hint which node needs it until the row is expanded. Name the node(s) in the badge's tooltip.
4. New Chat while acting as the Operator org says "No enabled coding agent account in this organization" even though the operator can act as an org that has one. Offer the org switch right there.
Out of scope: agy CLI behaviour itself; question capture/answer delivery (Task 9942).
Done means:
- Each item is either fixed (with a screenshot of before/after at desktop width) or explicitly declined with a reason in the PR body.
Outcome
Merged #6901 (3320f1c). Fixed: the Accounts ⚠ now names the node(s) needing a login; New Chat on the Operator plane offers to act as an org with an account. The two terminal items were declined and filed as draft 10027. Quick gate green; the deploy was superseded by #6902. Memory: used mem-25288.
